Workshop Back to "SDWG Week" page Vulnerability and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Arctic (VACCA) Wednesday and Thursday, 22nd – 23rd October 2008 The VACCA Workshop will be held in Tromsø, Norway on Wednesday and Thursday, 22nd – 23rd October 2008. The aim of the workshop is to gather leading experts, policy makers, representatives of Arctic Council working groups and key stakeholders to discuss relevant issues related to vulnerability and adaptation to climate change and to prepare recommendations for potential future work related to the issue within the Arctic Council. The workshop hours will be from 8:30 to 18:00 (incl. registration) on Wednesday, 22 October, with dinner scheduled for 19:30. The workshop hours on Thursday, 23 October will be from 8:30 to 17:30 (incl. morning coffee).
